In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

UK Delivery

At JC Safety we aim to send out your order as soon as possible. We are only a very small team, so the majority of orders will be sent out the same day (if ordered before 11am and subject to them not being a 'Pre-Order' item) or the next day at the latest. Pre-Orders will take approximately 3-5 working days to be dispatched and 5-7 working days for delivery, as we are totally dependant on how quickly our supplier can get the products to us.

We use Royal Mail to send our standard parcels, offering you both first and second class as an option. First class mail tends to arrive within 3 working days; second class mail arriving up to 5 working days from shipping. 

For our more expensive products, we send these via DHL so they are fully trackable and insured. DHL tends to deliver the next working day following dispatch, but occasionally it can take 2 working days. 

Please note: shipping can be a bit tricky sometimes, especially with today's climate often causing delays so we ask you to be patient in receiving your goods. If you have problems, please get in touch via the 'contact' button below. 

Overseas Delivery

Due to the cost of some of our products, we cannot offer overseas delivery on all the items we stock. This is due to a number of reasons: to ship them fully insured would not be cost effective to either us as a company, nor you as a customer; and in some instances there are batteries involved which can be classed as a hazard to ship and are often prohibited.

Smaller, less expensive items can be shipped abroad without much of an issue, but we encourage you to contact us with a list of items you are looking to purchase in order to get you an accurate shipping quote.

 

Delivery times for overseas shipping can vary drastically but we can advise you of a rough estimate of delivery time when we quote you.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

The Small Print

Unwanted Items

If you are not happy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily issue a refund. The refund is subject to us receiving the goods back undamaged, in their original packaging with all labels intact ready for re-sale.

 

In the event you wish to return any UNWANTED respiratory PPE, this must be returned to us unopened and unused in order to receive a full refund. 

 

We do not charge restocking fees at JC Safety, but if you have changed you mind you will be required to return the goods at your own cost, fully insured to the amount of the goods in case of loss. 

 

Faulty Goods

If you receive faulty goods, please click the 'contact' button below so we can work together to find the best solution - whether this is a refund or replacement. We may need the faulty item(s) returning to us so we can inspect the issue, and once we are satisfied on inspection that the item is damaged we will refund you any shipping costs incurred.  

 

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you opted to use during checkout. Please allow 5 working days for refunds to arrive back in your account.
